Skirt Steak – Angus


Skirt steaks comes from the plate area.  It makes the best fajitas.  Dry rub then grill or sear it in a cast iron pan.  The flavor is amazing and it cooks up fast (2 to 4 minutes per side).  Slice against the grain and serve.
